Year\u201d competition, held for the 27th time this year, recognised the multifunctional building of the Seaside Open-Air Museum at Ri\u0146\u0137a iela 2, Ventspils, as one of the most outstanding public construction projects.<\/p><p><strong>The project secured 2nd place in the \u201cPublic New Building\u201d nomination. <\/strong>The building was designed by the architectural bureau \u201cBalts un Melns\u201d under the leadership of architect Ija Rudz\u012bte, while construction was carried out by <a href=\"https:\/\/warss.lv\/en\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">SIA Warss+<\/a>with Mat\u012bss Markovskis serving as the responsible construction manager. onstruction supervision was provided by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.l4.lv\/en\/home\/\"
