Refurbishment of Ugāle Secondary School Sports Hall and Indoor Arena, Skolas iela 5A, Ugāle Parish, Ventspils Municipality
The existing Ugāle Secondary School sports hall – indoor arena, in Ugāle Parish, Ventspils Municipality, is being refurbished into a sports hall – indoor arena intended not only for pupils of Ugāle Secondary School, but also for residents and visitors of Ugāle Parish.
The arena is designed as a multifunctional athletics hall with a 60m long three-lane sprint track, a 150m long two-lane running track, a shot put area, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, pole vault and long jump pits equipped with sand traps, wall bars, 2 individual basketball hoops and a climbing rope. The arena has seating for 100 spectators.
