Preparation of Technical Inspection Reports for Two Buildings, Jauniela 29a, Mazā Jauniela 5, Riga.

A technical inspection of the Cultural Institution building and the Administrative building was carried out. In compiling the technical inspection report, the main load-bearing structures of the building were exposed, measurements were taken, and drawings of the exposed structures were produced.

High-precision measurements of the facades were carried out, graphic materials were prepared, and facade drawings were produced showing the location of cracks and deviations of the external walls from the vertical.

The inspection included an investigation of the building's load-bearing walls and wall cracks, as well as the main structures of the building related to the causes of cracking in the load-bearing walls.

Building Technical Inspection was carried out in 2021.
