Multi-Storey Residential Building, Antonijas iela 13, Riga, Latvia: Structural Survey Report

Was carried out a structural survey of the building. In compiling the survey report, the main load-bearing elements of the building were exposed, measured, and detailed in separate drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations with survey annotations, and diagrams of intermediate floors and roof structures, as well as typical cross-sections of the building. Measurements were taken to determine the deflection of the main load-bearing elements.

One of the aims of the survey was to examine the possibility of reconstructing the building to incorporate a multi-storey underground car park.

Calculations were carried out on the main load-bearing elements of the building, with conclusions drawn regarding their load-bearing capacity under the planned post-reconstruction loads.
