Biroju ēkas pārbūves projekta Būvkonstrukciju daļa izstrādāta pēc SIA “Alsins Architecture Latvija”architect Harijs Alsiņš.

A general visual inspection and survey of the building's structures were carried out, as well as a detailed survey of the building's foundations, columns, beams and intermediate floor slabs. During the detailed building survey a Schmidt hammer and ultrasonic pulse method were used to determine the reinforced concrete strength of the columns, and concrete core samples were drilled to determine the concrete strength using pressure testing methods in a laboratory.

Project realisation and construction took place in 2021-2023.
