Refurbishment of the Waterproofing and Facade of an Administrative Building, Zigfrīda Annas Meierovica Boulevard 1-3k, Riga
The building underwent facade restoration works, including the repair of cracks in the external masonry, renewal of both horizontal and vertical damp-proof course in the foundations, and repainting of the plinth and external walls. The external rainwater drainage network was replaced. A concrete paving drainage channel was also reinstated around the perimeter of the building.
Construction works were completed in 2022.
