This project involves the full reconstruction of the existing building and the surrounding area's landscape improvements to establish a dedicated Day Care Centre for Seniors (pension-age persons).
The building is being adapted to meet accessible design requirements, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and inclusive environment for both visitors and staff.
The main objective of the project is to enhance the availability of social care services and improve the quality of life for senior citizens across the Dienvidkurzeme Municipality. This is achieved by creating a modern, person-centred environment for daily activities and social engagement.
The architectural solution will preserve the building's original character while complementing it with functional and aesthetic enhancements that comply with contemporary standards.
