Reconstruction of office and warehouse building, Tīraines street 9, Riga

Building survey, a structural survey of the building and Structural Engineering section of the construction project.

The Structural Design section of the office and warehouse building refurbishment project was developed based on the architectural solutions of SIA “Alsins Architecture Latvija”architect Harijs Alsiņš.

A general visual inspection and survey of the building's structures was carried out, as well as a detailed survey of the building's foundations, columns, beams and intermediate floor slabs. Steel samples were taken from the building's steel frame structure for laboratory testing to determine the tensile strength of the steel.

A high-precision survey of the building was carried out and Survey Drawings were prepared, including a 3D survey model of the building.
