Reconstruction of the new Riga Theater building complex, Lāčplēša street 25, Riga
A technical survey of the New Riga Theatre building complex has been carried out, determining the technical condition of the building's main structural elements (foundations, walls, intermediate floor slabs, roof structures, stairs, windows and doors) and main building services, as well as providing a conclusion on the technical condition of the building. The building's technical survey serves as a basis for the development of the building reconstruction or conversion design documentation.
High-precision measurements of the building were carried out, graphic materials were prepared, floor plans, sections, facade drawings, including a 3D measurement model of the building.
The technical survey of the building was carried out in 2014.
